Financial Analyst 1

HP Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst 1 to join their Asset Recovery team in Bengaluru. This role involves performing financial process reviews, deploying data analytics to identify financial leakages, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. You will manage recovery projects, build analytical hypotheses, and develop strategic reports to drive business decisions and achieve financial goals.

• Perform reviews of HP Financial processes, procurement, and tax to identify gaps
• Deploy data analytical methodologies to identify financial anomalies
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and conduct spend/contract analytics
• Program manage recovery projects and execute multiple projects
• Build analytical hypotheses and develop strategic reports
• Hands-on experience in recovery audits with financial objectives
