About this role

BILL is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting to serve as the subject-matter expert on complex accounting matters. You will research and document U.S. GAAP positions, collaborate with various departments, and ensure financial statements are accurate and audit-ready. This role reports to the Technical Accounting & External Reporting leadership team.

What we are looking for

Research and document accounting impact of new or non-recurring transactions
Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements and SEC guidance
Prepare technical accounting analyses for revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, debt, and equity
Serve as technical accounting reviewer for Chart of Accounts
Support preparation and review of Form 10-Q/10-K workpapers
Own and operate key SOX controls and coordinate with external auditors
