Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Capital Formation team, specializing in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing. This client-facing role involves supporting the structuring of complex financing transactions, preparing marketing materials, and managing projects throughout the financing lifecycle. You will collaborate with various financial partners and client executives to deliver structured finance consulting.

What we are looking for

Deliver structured finance consulting for project sponsors
Support the structuring of NMTC transactions
Prepare executive summaries and marketing materials
Coordinate with CDEs, investors, lenders, and financing partners
Develop financial models and analyses
Gather, organize, and analyze project due diligence materials
