Manager tax accounting & compliance

As Manager Tax Accounting & Compliance, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of ASML's global direct tax reporting and tax accounting processes. You will work at the intersection of Tax, Finance, and Statutory Reporting to transform technical tax requirements into robust processes and controls. This role offers the opportunity to influence global tax operations and contribute to the integrity of ASML's financial reporting.

• Lead and oversee worldwide tax accounting and provisioning activities
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely reporting of tax matters
• Drive continuous improvement across tax processes, systems, and data quality
• Coordinate and review tax disclosures for external financial reporting (IFRS, Form 20-F)
• Review and assess tax positions for local GAAP and statutory reporting
• Maintain and enhance a strong tax control framework, including SOX
