Accounting Analyst 1 (Entry Level)

Join LSU's Office of Accounting Services as an Entry-Level Accounting Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for critical financial tasks including bank reconciliations, unclaimed property reporting, and assisting with financial statement preparation. • Prepare bank account reconciliations and monitor clearing accounts
• Administer the University's Workday reconciliation system
• Process journal entries and assist with state cash reporting
• Coordinate annual unclaimed property reporting
• Assist with fund drawdowns and petty cash account monitoring
• Audit internal billings and cost transfers
