Financial Business Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our Americas FP&A Team in Montevideo, Uruguay. In this role, you will support financial and operational planning, analyze performance, and deliver key insights to drive business decisions across the entire Americas organization. • Support financial and operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Analyze performance against budget and identify variances
• Deliver financial, operational, and sales reporting and analysis
• Create and manage financial models and provide insights
• Drive process improvements and support evolution of financial practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or 5+ years of relevant experience
