Sr. Financial Analyst – Global Functions

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with the Sr. Director of Global Payroll and provide financial support to Global Functions. This role involves managing the Global Payroll budget, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring strong financial governance and transparency.

• Partner with Sr. Director, Global Payroll and support Global Functions
• Own Global Payroll operating budget, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop financial models for workforce planning and resource allocation
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Manage cost allocations, financial controls, and vendor spend
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
