Transfer Pricing Manager

Twilio is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their global tax team. This role will be responsible for architecting and managing the company's intercompany transaction framework, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations and OECD guidelines. The position offers the opportunity to integrate AI and automation into transfer pricing workflows and build scalable tax infrastructure.

• Lead AI and automation integration into transfer pricing workflows
• Automate benchmark searches and draft local file narratives
• Oversee end-to-end global transfer pricing lifecycle
• Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files, and CbCR
• Manage global transfer pricing audits and controversy matters
• Develop policies for valuation of intangible assets
