Library Assistant (Hourly)

Austin Community College is seeking a part-time Library Assistant to support library operations at the Riverside Campus. This role involves assisting patrons with circulation desk duties, providing directional information, managing library materials, and performing various clerical tasks. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Perform circulation desk computer operations
• Assist patrons with directional information
• Check materials in and out
• Collect money and give receipts for fines
• Shelve materials and perform shelf reading
• Maintain library equipment and perform clerical duties

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
