FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key cost centers and projects within our Engineering and IT departments. This role involves supporting month-end close, managing project finance, and conducting ad-hoc analysis for leadership. You will utilize tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and SAP to deliver accurate financial insights.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Engineering and IT cost centers
• Support month-end close activities and headcount reporting
• Manage project finance, including WBS, capitalization, and Workday Projects
• Perform ad-hoc and scenario-based analysis for leadership
• Advanced Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, and SAP proficiency required
• 5-7 years of FP&A experience
