Accountant

As an Accountant III, you will own the end-to-end supplier-to-payment process across multiple entities, going beyond transaction processing to apply critical judgment and data analysis. You will play a key role in improving our automated finance function and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

• Own supplier invoice and payment accounting across multiple entities
• Resolve invoice exceptions and prepare/review supplier payments
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Utilize Workday reports to monitor aging, duplicates, and spend trends
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend fixes
• Support internal/external audits and maintain procedure documentation
