ACCOUNTANT – FINANCE & REPORTING

Otis is seeking an Accountant for Finance & Reporting in Bologna, Italy. This role will manage accounting processes, including period-end closings, tax compliance, group reporting, and reconciliations. You will collaborate with the Finance Manager and act as a key contact for accounting activities involving the local office, headquarters, and branches.

• Manage general ledger entries and controls
• Prepare monthly and annual closing entries
• Perform account analysis, reconciliation, and control
• Handle VAT and tax compliance, including periodic filings
• Support statutory financial statement preparation and audits
• Assist with administrative and accounting reporting to the parent company
