About this role
Lead the execution and innovation of IFF Taste's sampling strategy across North America and Latin America. This role focuses on optimizing and automating the entire sampling process, from commercial requests to fulfillment, to enhance service speed and reliability for customers.
What we are looking for
6- Lead end-to-end sampling value stream across NA & LATAM
- Drive deployment of standardized global sampling processes
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Commercial, Creation, and Operations
- Accelerate adoption of automation in production, warehousing, and distribution
- Enable implementation of SAP-enabled sampling processes and digital tools
- Establish regional performance visibility through KPIs and data insights
