Admin and Financial Analyst

Abbott is seeking a highly organized and analytical Admin & Finance Operations Analyst to support our Global Contract Manufacturing organization. This role offers exposure to operations, finance, and senior leadership by combining financial analysis, business reporting, and administrative coordination. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and managing procurement activities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier payments, and procurement
• Maintain financial, operational, and contract management trackers
• Develop business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Coordinate governance meetings and action tracking
• Provide administrative support including meeting and travel coordination
