About this role

Join Caterpillar's Global Business Services team in Bangalore as an Accountant (Lead Analyst - RTR). You will perform Record To Report activities for global entities, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal controls. What we are looking for

Perform Record To Report (RTR) activities for global entities
Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards
Create financial performance reports and provide analysis
Implement and adhere to internal controls
Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in captive accounting or large corporates
Must be able to work in multiple shift timings
