About this role

National Life Group is seeking a Transaction Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of residential mortgage whole loan acquisitions. This role involves coordinating due diligence, closing, settlement, and post-close portfolio management, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Oversee third-party due diligence and contract administration
Manage Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreements
Track collateral documentation and credit file requirements
Monitor servicer performance and manage claims
