Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at RTX, you will support program cost controls by preparing, analyzing, and monitoring financial performance and Estimates at Completion (EACs). You will evaluate cost performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy and decision-making. This role requires strong financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare weekly/monthly cost and program performance reports, including Earned Value and EACs
• Perform financial and program performance analysis to support variance reporting
• Support Program Managers and IPTLs with ad hoc financial analysis
• Analyze cost, schedule, budget, actual, forecast, and Earned Value data
• Coordinate financial information and forecast updates with stakeholders
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, estimating, or cost accounting
