Chief Accountant

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Chief Accountant for their Poznań office to manage all accounting operations for a Polish legal entity. This role involves ensuring compliance with Polish accounting and tax regulations, supporting local and group financial reporting, and contributing to system transitions.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for a Polish legal entity
• Ensure compliance with Polish Accounting Act and local tax requirements
• Prepare financial statements, VAT/CIT/PIT returns, and regulatory reports
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
• Coordinate statutory audits and monitor tax legislation changes
• Maintain and improve internal controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams
