Finance Controller

KONE is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations for its US entities. This leadership role is responsible for the integrity of the balance sheet and income statement, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies. The position involves leading a finance team, partnering with various departments, and driving process improvements.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for US legal entities
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and balance sheet integrity
• Own balance sheet governance and reconciliation quality across key accounts
• Lead external and internal audit activities for US entities
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
