A private family office in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Controller to manage the accounting function for its diversified real estate portfolio. This role involves owning cash management, financial reporting, compliance, and supervising staff, ensuring accurate and audit-ready books for commercial real estate holdings.

• Manage cash, including loan paydowns and draws
• Prepare financial statements for internal review, lenders, and tax reporting
• Supervise accounts receivable and CAM reconciliation
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and tax filings
• Coordinate year-end financials with CPA
• Supervise accounting staff
