- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze clinic and provider economics, identifying key performance drivers
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports integrating financial and operational data
- Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to support data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3-6+ years of analytical finance experience
