Senior Project Cost Controls Analyst

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Project Cost Controls Analyst to provide data-driven financial and strategic analysis for power industry infrastructure projects. This role involves building cost forecasts, monitoring project performance, implementing analytics models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers, risks, and savings opportunities. The position can be fully remote within the West Region or hybrid in San Diego, CA.

• Deliver data-driven financial and strategic analysis for project decision-making
• Build and maintain project-level cost forecasts and monitor changes
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analyses, and executive review summaries
• Implement analytics models for future project cost forecasting
• Analyze project performance trends and conduct root-cause analyses
• Synthesize complex datasets into compelling storylines for senior leadership
