Senior Finance Analyst

TD Securities is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting Team in New York. This role involves preparing and reviewing core regulatory calculations and filings, such as FOCUS reporting and Net Capital requirements, for U.S. regulated broker-dealer entities. You will also provide key regulatory metrics to management and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.

• Prepare and lead daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting calculations and filings
• Assist in monthly FOCUS filings and supplements
• Identify opportunities to enhance production processes through automation
• Optimize regulatory reporting results into useful analytics for management
• Assist with regulatory exams and audits
• Participate in team projects to translate tactical processes into strategic automated states
