What we are looking for
6- Review and analyze complex partnership tax returns for PE, Hedge Funds, and FoFs
- Manage client engagements and serve as tax client service coordinator
- Advise clients on tax planning, research, compliance, and M&A activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax matters
- 5+ years of business taxation experience with Big 4 or national/regional firm
- CPA, EA, or Attorney license required
