AR Accountant

Spectris is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their North American Finance team remotely in the US. This role involves managing customer invoicing, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue balances. • Manage customer invoicing and incoming payments
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and reconcile customer accounts
• Follow up on overdue invoices and collections
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Assist with audit preparation and management information reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3-5 years of experience
