Operational Accounting Associate III – Banking Controls

As a Banking Services Operations Associate III, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of assigned general ledger and demand deposit accounts. You will identify and research complex discrepancies, contribute to departmental reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. This role offers an opportunity to mentor junior staff and participate in new business initiatives.

• Reconcile assigned GL accounts and DDAs accurately and timely
• Identify, research, and resolve complex out-of-balance conditions and aged items
• Prepare routine accounting reports and departmental reporting assignments
• Communicate with internal cross-functional areas and business partners
• Mentor and train less experienced staff on routine tasks
• Participate in projects and new business initiatives
