Sr. Tax Analyst, Trans. Pric. & Disputes

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support its global tax strategy, focusing on tax planning, audit defense, and dispute resolution. This role involves collaborating with finance and legal teams to manage tax risks, support business transactions, and ensure compliance with tax laws within a dynamic MedTech environment.

• Support US federal, state, and local tax planning initiatives
• Assist in managing tax audits, examinations, and disputes
• Research and analyze tax law changes and assess potential impacts
• Prepare and review technical tax memoranda and position papers
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on strategic initiatives
• Support transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
