Senior Portfolio Accountant

Vizient is seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant to apply complex accounting principles and revenue recognition standards to financial reporting and contract accounting. You will review custom contracts, manage ERP system data for billing and revenue processing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance. The role involves analyzing financial results, explaining fluctuations, and providing recommendations for informed business decisions.

• Apply complex accounting principles and revenue recognition standards
• Review and interpret accounting-related clauses within custom contracts
• Manage custom contract data within the ERP system for billing and revenue processing
• Maintain and update project system setups and revenue amortization schedules
• Analyze and explain fluctuations in service line revenue, balance sheets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Operations, Finance, and Business Units
