Senior Client Accountant

As a Senior Client Accountant, you will be responsible for all accounting phases, including financial reporting, analysis, budgeting assistance, and general ledger maintenance. You will utilize your technical skills and judgment to provide leadership within the accounting team and collaborate with clients and property management.

• Perform full cycle accounting, including analysis of accounts and transactions
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages accurately and timely
• Research, analyze, and communicate complex accounting issues
• Prepare and review fixed asset ledgers and calculate rent based on client preferences
• Provide support and guidance to Accountants, lead team meetings, and assist with onboarding
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software preferred
