Join Booz Allen's Technical Accounting team as an Accountant, where you'll be a subject matter expert on complex transactions and a strategic partner to finance leaders. This role offers significant exposure across the finance organization and mentorship from senior team members to develop your advisory and analytical skills.

• Apply U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting principles
• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance
• Support close and reporting for leases, software, debt, and acquisitions
• Assist in implementing new accounting standards and policies
• Interact with external auditors on complex accounting matters
• Contribute to internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
