• Support shopping centre asset accounting and month-end procedures
• Partner with Centre Management on financial reviews and budgeting
• Assist with service charge budgets, VAT returns, and joint venture reporting
• Strengthen financial processes and controls, including system implementations
• Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Explain financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
