Staff Accountant

World Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Lease and Asset Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting Department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to fixed assets and leases, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will perform reconciliations, monitor asset capitalization, and manage lease accounting schedules.

• Assist in creating accurate and timely financial records
• Perform monthly reconciliations and monitor fixed asset capitalization
• Manage CoStar system and prepare lease accounting schedules
• Ensure leases are recorded in accordance with ASC 842
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1-2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new applications
