Accountant - General

The Wade - Lakeshore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Chicago, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage daily revenue transactions, reconcile credit card postings, and process accounts payable and receivable. This role requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, and a customer-focused approach.

• Reconcile daily revenue transactions and post AP invoices
• Prepare and invoice AR accounts
• Balance daily credit card postings
• Input revenues into daily reports and maintain support documentation
• Compare POs to invoices and enter into AP system
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel formulas, VLook-Ups, and Pivot Tables
