Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their Finance team. This role is responsible for executing financial reporting processes, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and optimizing reporting systems. You will prepare financial statements, support audits, and drive improvements in reporting capabilities within a leading AI company.

• Prepare and review external financial reporting deliverables
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Conduct technical accounting research for complex transactions
• Support implementation and operation of Workiva
• Partner with external auditors and internal controls teams
