Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant, you will prepare monthly financial reports for multiple property entities and consolidated reports. You will ensure accurate tenant billings, manage month-end accruals and journal entries, and prepare budget variance reports and annual budgets. This role involves collaborating with property managers and owners to meet financial reporting needs and streamline operations.

• Prepare monthly financial reports for property entities and consolidated reports
• Ensure accurate tenant billings, month-end accruals, and journal entries
• Prepare budget variance reports and annual budgets
• Review and approve Accounts Payable and ensure timely Accounts Receivable processing
• Complete Annual CAM reconciliations and review leases
• Collaborate with property managers and owners on financial matters
