Finance Analyst

Join Haleon as a Finance Analyst in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, supporting critical Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany Tracking functions. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain balance sheet integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient financial operations for assigned markets.

• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and issue resolution for assigned markets
• Key finance contact for Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany Tracking
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and market teams to resolve inventory exceptions
• Support monthly Intercompany Tracking activities and reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements in Inventory and Cost Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Inventory, and Cost Accounting
