What we are looking for

Reconcile capital and controlled asset balances
Prepare general ledger entries in FAMIS and USAS
Prepare monthly and year-end reports of asset purchases and disposals
Manage asset changes, perform error checks, and address discrepancies
Review asset purchases and item costs for correct coding
Assist with annual physical inventory and asset tagging coordination
