• Coordinate monthly close process and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with Greystar India for accuracy and timely completion
• Develop and implement accounting control procedures
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with consolidation team on high-risk areas
• Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports
