• Analyze policy management approaches and identify leading practices for financial institutions
• Develop and implement policy governance frameworks and managerial governance frameworks
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives and update risk inventories
• Provide governance training and education
• Advise business and corporate segments on good industry practice
• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, economics, or law required
