About this role
As a Cost Accountant, you will be the financial backbone of our Franklin, MA facility, managing local finance and controlling activities. You will partner with site management and global teams to analyze financial performance, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate product costing. This role is crucial for driving informed business decisions and improving operational efficiency within a leading global metals company.

- Manage local finance and controlling activities, interfacing with global functions
- Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Analyze manufacturing costs, standard vs. actuals, and variances
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly closing and support external audits
- Ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
