Senior Finance Analyst

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to support financial reporting, tool development, analysis, and process management for transformation initiatives, with a focus on FP&A. This role partners with stakeholders to provide financial insights, supports capital appropriation requests, and tracks budgets and value delivery across projects.

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions
• Support Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) with financial analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, forecasts, and project budget tracking
• Develop and maintain tools for FP&A activities, resource planning, and budget management
• Track and report budgets and value delivery across a portfolio of projects
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial reporting requirements
