Director of Finance & Accounting, North America

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Director of Finance & Accounting for North America to oversee US accounting and operations. This role involves leading a team, managing financial close and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing effective financial policies. The position requires strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and IRS regulations for non-profits, with a preference for CPA certification.

• Lead month-end and year-end close and reporting for US accounting
• Oversee US statutory and tax filings
• Ensure integrity of financial data and internal controls
• Manage Workday financial operations for US operations
• At least 8-10 years of accounting or audit management experience
• Experience in international development environment preferred
