Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making at Powerex, an industrial air and vacuum technology provider. This role translates financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance and growth.

• Lead annual budget process, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
• Analyze monthly performance, budget-to-actual variances, and profit drivers
• Build financial models for scenario planning, pricing, and investments
• Perform revenue, margin, and profitability analysis
• Assist with month-end close and inventory/COGS journal entries
• Track capital and cost-reduction projects
