Finance Analyst

Join Stryker's Medical APAC Finance team as a Finance Analyst in Sydney, Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, drive planning, and support strategic decisions to improve regional growth and profitability. This hybrid role requires analyzing financial data, leading forecasting and budgeting, and presenting key insights to leadership.

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, projection, and annual budgeting
• Own monthly profit and loss reporting and analysis
• Analyze sales, margin, and operating performance
• Present financial results and insights to regional leadership
• Partner with commercial leaders on business decisions and investments
• Deliver continuous improvement projects for financial processes
