Experienced Associate - Transaction Advisory Services

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join their Transaction Advisory Services team in Chicago. This role involves providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base, including private equity funds and publicly traded companies. You will conduct financial analysis, prepare quality of earnings reports, and communicate directly with clients and senior management.
