Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Weir is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join their plant management team. This role supports plant performance objectives by partnering with site leadership, managing financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, and owning standard costing processes. You will leverage financial tools and engage with operations to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

• Partner with site leadership to connect financial performance with business strategy
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close activities
• Own standard costing processes, ensuring accurate product costs and inventory valuation
• Leverage tools such as Oracle, Power BI, and OneStream to deliver actionable insights
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and manufacturing accounting practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required
