Finance and Budget Analyst

The Claremont Colleges seeks a Budget and Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This role partners with campus departments to monitor financial performance, conduct analysis, and provide fiscal guidance. You will play a key role in the annual budget process, forecasting, and system administration, while also supporting executive decision-making and Board of Trustees reporting.

• Coordinate annual operating budget process, including development and review
• Serve as primary budget liaison for assigned departments
• Maintain institutional budget and forecasting models
• Develop financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and models
• Monitor budget-to-actual results and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare executive-quality financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board of Trustees
