Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide critical analytical support to drive the financial positioning and future growth of assigned areas within Banner Health. This role involves leading the development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans, reporting, and key performance indicators to achieve strategic goals. You will also contribute to special projects and participate in department meetings, utilizing advanced analytical and modeling skills.

• Provide high-level financial expertise through data analysis and interpretation
• Lead key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and program analysis
• Identify and implement operating improvements and efficiencies
