Financial Analyst

TJX Canada is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical inventory and gross margin insights for a multi-billion dollar retail business. You will build financial models, influence key decisions, and support high-impact forecasting and scenario planning. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise with SQL and large datasets, gain exposure to enterprise-level decision-making, and directly impact business performance.

• Conduct financial analysis on inventory and gross margin, providing actionable recommendations
• Support monthly, annual, and long-range financial plans and forecasts
• Partner with Merchandise Planning & Analysis to quantify risks
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and create reports using SQL
• Build financial models and conduct scenario planning
• Minimum two years of financial analysis and modeling experience
