Analyst II - Accounting

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking an Analyst II - Accounting to perform and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role involves analyzing financial packages from property management companies, supporting accounting for capital transactions, and preparing GAAP disclosures. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

• Perform and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze monthly financial packages from third-party property management companies
• Support accounting for capital transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, etc.)
• Prepare and review GAAP disclosures for audited financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements for accounting functions
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
